My name is Meredith and I am the mother of 2 girls, one typically developing and one with a chromosome abnormality.  I live in New Hanover County just outside of Wilmington, North Carolina.  It is important to me that families of special needs children are well informed and educated on all topics related to special needs.  While this information might not be applicable to every county in North Carolina, hopefully it can help direct your questions to the right people and get them answered appropriately.
